Rethink Healthy is a component of the Alliance for Health and Aligning Forces for Quality. Rethink Healthy seeks to improve health and health care in West Michigan, bring those who get care, pay for care and deliver care together to take giant steps toward improving health care.

As one of the 14 participating communities, the West Michigan AF4Q initiative is led by the Alliance for Health, a nonprofit organization serving 13 West Michigan counties.
